. organization Ensures that everyone understands and identifies with the unit’s mission to ASSIST participants of cal works , parents in cal- works program, gain participants , child protective services, pta, and GR unemployed or laid off workers . We use the mother or father parenting skills on child raising And apply them assisting seniors in safety, health, loneliness , transportation , shopping, events, daily routine assistance , cleaning , bill paying and budgeting . Coming soon tax assistance and legal advice .

Duties needed and required are care giving, appointment setting and taking , even diapers , bed ridden kids or seniors assistance , transporting with care to get out and go to park etc , churches , beauty parlour , movies , even husband and wife dates ,we comfort in emotional crises , trained professionals and licensed to assist with hospice , dementia or altzheimers just to name a few . changing clothes , bathing , doing laundry , cleaning house , budgeting money task , this is what we specialise in and much more .
7. Ensures that each unit develops goals and a plan for future growth if offered permanent position in non profit organization . Using all they know and instead of sending participants in a job field they may not last
in due to lack of experience , confidence, or even lack of jobs in city .setting them up to fail and need for more government assistance or failure can ruin esteem where they won't try again . What I believe they won't fail in and build up confidence is care giving people assisting in Organization . They have had many many years of training as it is . I'm positive they do well . This will Rebuild loss confidence by doing what they know and what there good at ( being a mom or dad ) the confidence will grow. Numbers of how works and other company assistance programs will drop fast and in big percentages . It is a proven fact everyone works harder and better if they feel like there being appreciated and if there told there doing well . This esteem boost will make experience permanent in a job . Before hire we not only train but we coach until we feel they are sufficiently able to do all we expect themselves.
8. We provide Motivational Support for staff and clients : it's also assured that the characteristics of each participant/future employee so we can analyse personality and applie it to a personalised plan we construct three analysis. Each person in need will have a uniquely designed staff to assist and we also have family's of seniors or disabled apply and help design a plan and who they think would be best fit to help and serve there loved ones . All suggestions welcomed .
9. When government aided participant is done with gain class that's required we can begin process .
